After cutbacks during the pandemic, training engagements are on the rise again--by 35% according to our internal research. If you are going to invest in training, wouldn't you like to know what high performers do?

The State of the PMO 2022, our newest research report, released this week, reveals the profile of the high-performing PMO: one that is actively engaged in the formation and management of project managers and other personnel. It's always been true (based on our research) that high-performing organizations train more -- on more topics, for more days, with more roles throughout the organization. What's different today is the degree to which PMOs are involved in all aspects of employee engagement, development, and management.

One thing that hasn't changed: the best still lay down the foundations first. High performers are far more likely to offer training in PM basics than the average.

Check out the executive summary here and stay tuned for webinars and other resources based on the findings in this study.
