Value of PM Training?

Posted by Jeannette Cabanis-Brewin

The State of the PMO 2022 research questionnaire has been re-opened for an additional three days. Participants in the study receive a full-data copy of the findings. Need to know what are the best practices for training in your industry? by high performing companies? by large companies vs. small? The full-data version answers many questions that are not featured in the publicly-available executive summary. If you have ever been challenged to support the value of a training program, you'll know that the data tying training expenditure to organizational outcomes can be hard to come up with. Our research studies are designed to show how training is correlated with organizational results--the training practices, the kinds of training, the subjects focused on. Is your organization a high performer?

You'll never know unless you participate in the study. Here's the link: now through February 18.
