Your Two Cents, Please ... by EOD Feb. 14

Jeannette Cabanis-Brewin is editor-in-chief for PM Solutions Research, and the author, co-author and editor of over twenty books on project management, including the 2007 PMI Literature Award winner, The AMA Handbook of Project Management, Second Edition.

Our research study, The State of Project Management 2020: Trends and Practices for a New Decade  aims to establish a benchmark of where organizations stand with regard to a wide variety of functions and practices, as well as to identify the practices of high-performing organizations. No aspect of organizational life is more crucial than training and development, in our view: it impacts the ability of organizations to carry out both internal change programs as well as to deliver business-critical initiatives. One only has to look at the failure rate of mergers or digital transformation initiatives to see that more is required from companies to prepare their resources for change.

To participate in the benchmark study, click here before EOD February 14. You will receive a full-data research report enabling you to look up and cross-reference benchmarking data by industry, organization size, business results, and more.
